Can I bring a camera into Allen Event Center?
Restrictions of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producers determine this policy and not Allen Event Center management. Please check the event detail page under special information for the concert or family show that you are attending.
Allen Americans allow cameras without flashes at games. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lens 3 or 6 inches in length) are not allowed in the Allen Event Center for Allen Americans and all concerts unless accompanied by proper media credentials.
Note:
Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited at all events at Allen Event Center.

What time do doors open for each event?
The time the doors to Allen Event Center open will vary according to the event. The typical times are noted below. Please check the event's detail page for the exact time the doors open.
Allen Americans: Doors open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted.
Concerts: Doors open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted.

Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?
Guests are not permitted to bring any food or drinks into Allen Event Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety of our guests.

What time is the box office open?
Allen Event Center Box Office hours will be as follows:
Box Office Hours
Monday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday – 10 am to 3 pm
Sunday – Closed (except if an event is scheduled)
Event Days: 10 am to 1/2 hour after event start

I would like to have my relative's name on the electronic signage at one of the Allen Americans games for his/her birthday. How do I go about doing that?
For recognition on the center scoreboard during games please contact the team directly, at least a week in advance. You can call 972.912.1000 or e-mail info@allenamericans.com.

I would like to have information about upcoming presales and events at Allen Event Center. What do I need to do?
