The 2012 Tom Thumb Texas Stampede, a PRCA sanctioned rodeo will celebrate its 11th Anniversary of Rodeo, Concerts & Kids at Allen Event Center November 8-10, 2012 This world-class rodeo event will feature world champion cowboys and cowgirls competing in Bull Riding, Women’s Barrel Racing, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding and Team Roping.

The rodeo on Friday and Saturday night will be followed by full length concert performances from top country and western artists.

The Tom Thumb Texas Stampede rodeo and concerts are surrounded by a Western Festival that is free to the public outside of Allen Event Center and in the Allen Community Ice Rink.

The festival will feature Capital One Bank Rodeo U where kids can participate in stick horse rodeos, mutton bustin, goat roping and a real-live petting zoo. Get your shopping done early at the Christmas Stampede Holiday Marketplace with great western shopping and much more for cowboys and cowgirls of all ages.

To top it all off, this annual event is all about the kids. Texas Stampede is a 501 (C) (3) organization with a mission to improve the quality of life for children and families served through the support of children’s charities in North Texas. Since 2001 Texas Stampede has contributed close to $3 million to its beneficiaries.
