Application Process: Due to the limited number of food vendor spaces, each concessionaire must submit an application to be reviewed by the Selection Committee whose decision will be based on the following criteria: food selection, item pricing, booth appearance and references.
Limited Number of Food Vendors: By limiting the number of food vendors, we hope to provide the opportunity for a very profitable event.
Food and Beverage Transactions: All food and beverage transactions will be handled individually by each concessionaire. Cash, debit and major credit cards will be accepted.
Alcoholic Beverages: All alcoholic beverages sold on-site will be distributed by Allen Event Center.
Booth Placement Process: If selected as a Food Concessionaire, the Selection Committee will be responsible for assigning booth locations as they deem the best fit for the event.
